1. Delivery Timeline
We deliver all across Pakistan within 3-5 working days after order confirmation. Orders are processed within 24 hours.

2. Shipping Charges
Flat shipping charge of Rs. 250 all over Pakistan.
FREE shipping on orders above Rs. 5,000.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp / SMS. You can track your order using that ID.

4. Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or courier service issues. In such cases, our team will keep you updated.

5. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. If the parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, redelivery charges will apply.
